* how to do I get information in my mobile set after I do SMS ina fixed number such as 2722, 2724,etc ?
* what is the mechanism involved?
* is Timing an attribute or say does the process undergoes w.r.t. time?
For example,
Yesterday, I sent a SMS with the message "Sin2" to the number 2722. My purpose was to inquire the result of Constituent Assembly electionin Sindhuli district Region No.2, which was given the above mentioned code "Sin2". And when i typed "Sin2" in the message box, clicked OK, then ADD, then OneTimeEntry,then typed 2722, then clicked on Done, and finally clicked on Send in my Motorola C261 mobile set, then what I received within 10-15 seconds was a message staing:
"Data will be provided as soon as the information is available. Thank You."

So, what is the mechanism involved?
***Query to know this mechanism rise within me***
I knew I have a lot to work on it, to know the exact process, and the technology/instructions (in case of Computer world, its called Progarmming)involved. What if I want to do it on my own? that is, if one of my friend writes me ESHANNOW and sends to a particular number XXXX, wishing to know what I am doing now, what should I send to him/her as SMS.It may be : Sleeping, Having Breakfast, Going Home, Cooking, At Work,On Visit,etc.
This depends on the Routine that I've set/programmed in accordance with the time of receival of friends' message. With this basic acknowledgement, I began to inquire about the machine/technology involved. Since I am using Telecommunication and Programming, I started like this:
On telecommunications (Mobile Networking),
Since I'm using Namaste Pre-PAid Service of Nepal Telecom Ltd., the server is NTC, I am the User, and the THT Live 2722(the himalayan times) which is the proxy server/database/target server.
When a user (friend) sends a message ESHANNOW to the number XXXX, this message is first received by the satellite system of NTC (server),which is then sent to the number XXXX which is actually the tariff number and in this case, my number. So, I am the Target server or Database. The data is then retreived from from me (my Computer actually) and sent as wave signal to my friend's mobile set. The mobile set then converts this analog waveform datain digitalised data, which is actually the information: GoingHome, Sleeping or At Work. In this way, the telecommunication worked.
On Computer Programming,
As soon as my friend (user) sends thee SMS with the code ESHANNOW to XXXX tariff number, the computer of NTC authorises the number XXXX and sends the wave-data, that is, ESHANNOW message to the number XXXX, which is my computer. If the time of receival of the message is 12:30 and I've set/programmed the information "BreakTime" for the time-interval 12:00-13:00, then my computer selects the information "BreakTime", retrieves it (collect it), and send it as a wave-signal to the NTC. The computer of NTC receives this wave-signal and transfer the message to my friend (user) in wave-signal. The user's mobile set converts this wave-signal in digital form, that is, "Break Time" message and it appears to be received directly from the number XXXX.

विश्व-ईतिहास परिवर्तनको शृङ्खलामा रुमल्लिरहँदा क्रान्ति शब्द छिनभरको जोष र आवेगमा सीमित भएको छ । क्रान्तिलाई हिंसासँग जोडेर, रगत र रातो रङ्को आलिङ्गनमा मानव-समाज छद्म-क्रान्तिकारी बन्दैछ।

What does it mean to be educated?
When we hear the word Education we immediately relate it with knowledge. However, getting educated doesn’t mean the same as gaining knowledge. Education can be defined as a formal process and product of gaining knowledge. For example, a person has a lot of knowledge about computer programming. He/she knows how to use programming software such as C++, Java, and PHP in developing and formulating computer programs. However, he doesn’t have a degree in computer Engineering. For a single post of Computer Programmer, reputed IT Company invites applicants. Along with him, there is another applicant who has the same level of knowledge of Computer Programming; however is a graduate of a University. Who has a better chance of getting the job? Obviously that of the graduate. The meaning of getting educated lies in this answer.
In today’s competitive job market, an educated person is more preferred than an uneducated person. The reason behind this is the potentiality of the graduate to simultaneously grow both personally and professionally. This aspect of the graduate motivates the employer to believe that he/she will give more to the company than the company has to give him/her. So, to be educated means to get more opportunities in life.
An educated person is objective and rational. He/She doesn’t get as influenced as other uneducated people by mere sentiments. He/She is less likely to be a victim of the illusionary advertisements, fictitious film stories and fake political ideologies. For example, there was a big protest in Nepal over the statement given by an Indian actor Hrithik Roshan some years ago. Do you imagine the same to happen if he spoke the same foe countries like The USA, The UK, Germany; of course not. Its so because in those countries people are educated and rational. They think that a country will be great if the people living there are productive for the nation and not because a foreigner praises it. So why to get worried and waste productive time in protesting something that has nothing to react to. Because of this attitude there is no burning of tires (no environmental pollution), no traffic jam, no chaos and hence no instability.
So, the meaning of being educated means to have better job opportunities, to be more productive, to be more rational and objective.

Nepali Movies
It has been long since I have left watching Nepali films. I have been getting satisfied by watching the Fim previews itself.I feel that i have to watch nepali films for promoting Nepali film industry and Nepali culture at large.But what stops me from converting my feeling into action is the rendering of culture in Nepali films.
I came to watch a film preview of a film named -(i forgot)in which a fighting heroine (i suppose) speaks a dialogue..."oi ek kadam pani agadi badhis bhane, aama ko bihe dekhlas"...that is "Hey, if you move even a step closer, you will see your mother's marriage".This statement is a modification of a often used dialogue 'oi nihu khojis bhane baau ko bihe dekhlas...you will see your father's marriage if you try to fight with me".
This is what prevents me from watching Nepali fims. There are reasons for me to watch movies, the foremost reason is for getting refreshed and entertained.Then comes the ethical wishes such as learning the culture, knowing the world,etc.If I do not get entertainment, why would I watch the Nepali films..for passing time?
No.because in that I will watch Hollywood and bollywood movies which are comparatively better than the spicy Nepali movies in terms of film-story, actings, video quality etc.
Yes there have been production of some quality movies like "Balidaan", "Caravan", "Numaphung", "Kagbeni"; also some earlier movies such as "Samjhana", "Kusume Rumal","Chino","Dakshina" were good for their classical storyline which matched the contemporary society of that time.I watched those older fims and the present advaced films both in Cinemahall and Cable-TV.And when I spesak of boosting the morale, professionalisation and industrialization of Nepali movies, I am actually speaking on behalf of these sort of movies from which I got both entertained and informed.
So, I prefer to watch films of good quality which depicts the contemporary issues and which renders useful information; but not the current in ehich some people dressed like Jokers dance in the middle of New-Road and sing songs with music in the background while there is no musical instrument playing seen around.
So, my suggestion to Nepali film makers is that please do not make films that will in word represent the nation but in reality spoiling national norms, values, culture, society and the people's aspirations.It will be a wate of both time and money; and the deviation of human mind from Creation to unwanted copying and unliked producing.

बाल-सलाम
ती बुर्जुवा विस्तारवादी भारतीय दलालहरूलाई जब सम्म हाम्रा नेताहरुले हाम्रो भावना नबुझी,जनताको चहाना नबुझी, भित्र-भित्रै आफ्ना नाता-गोता का मान्छे को सुख सुबिधा कै लागि, बाहिर देखावटि रुपमा राष्ट्रिय – अन्तराष्ट्रिय परिवेश बुझेर चल्नु पर्छ भनेर खोक्रो र तुच्छ कुटनितिक भाषा र व्यवहार देखाउँछन् । त्यस्ता को अन्त्य निश्चित छ ।
जनताले चाहेको ठूलो दाइ हैन,असल छिमेकी राष्ट्र हो, यदी भारतीय शासक मा त्यस्तो चरित्र छैन भने नेपाली नेताले भारत बाहेक पनि संसारमा धेरै देश छन्, थुप्रै हितैषी देश छन् भन्ने बुझी ती देशहरुसँग व्यापारीक सम्बन्ध बढाउनुपर्छ । उदाहरणको लागि, नेपाल ले वार्षिक १० प्रतिशत ले आर्थिक बृध्दि गरिरहेको चिनसँग घनिष्ठ व्यापारिक सम्बन्ध गाँस्नुपर्छ । त्यतीखेर भारतले नेपाली आफूमा निर्भर नभएपछि, नेपालीलाई अघोषित आर्थिक नाकावन्दि गर्ने आँट गर्ने छैन ।
यो नै जनताको नेपाल कम्युनिष्ट पार्टि माओवादीलाई म्यान्डेट हो । जनताको म्यान्डेट अनुसार नचलेरै बुर्जुवा कांग्रेस र एमालेहरु चुनाव मा हारे ! त्यसैले पनि अब बन्ने सरकारले नेपाली जनताको चाहनालाई व्यबहारमा लागु गर्नु पर्छ । त्यसमै नयाँ नेपाल बन्ने सम्भावना लुकेको छ, अन्यथा “लाल-सलाम” भनेर हिजो का दिनहरुमा जसरी कामरेड नेताहरुलाई सम्बोधन गरिन्थ्यो, तीनैलाई “बाल-सलाम” भन्नुपर्ने दिन आउँनेछ !
जनताले चाहेको ठूलो दाइ हैन,असल छिमेकी राष्ट्र हो, यदी भारतीय शासक मा त्यस्तो चरित्र छैन भने नेपाली नेताले भारत बाहेक पनि संसारमा धेरै देश छन्, थुप्रै हितैषी देश छन् भन्ने बुझी ती देशहरुसँग व्यापारीक सम्बन्ध बढाउनुपर्छ । उदाहरणको लागि, नेपाल ले वार्षिक १० प्रतिशत ले आर्थिक बृध्दि गरिरहेको चिनसँग घनिष्ठ व्यापारिक सम्बन्ध गाँस्नुपर्छ । त्यतीखेर भारतले नेपाली आफूमा निर्भर नभएपछि, नेपालीलाई अघोषित आर्थिक नाकावन्दि गर्ने आँट गर्ने छैन ।
यो नै जनताको नेपाल कम्युनिष्ट पार्टि माओवादीलाई म्यान्डेट हो । जनताको म्यान्डेट अनुसार नचलेरै बुर्जुवा कांग्रेस र एमालेहरु चुनाव मा हारे ! त्यसैले पनि अब बन्ने सरकारले नेपाली जनताको चाहनालाई व्यबहारमा लागु गर्नु पर्छ । त्यसमै नयाँ नेपाल बन्ने सम्भावना लुकेको छ, अन्यथा “लाल-सलाम” भनेर हिजो का दिनहरुमा जसरी कामरेड नेताहरुलाई सम्बोधन गरिन्थ्यो, तीनैलाई “बाल-सलाम” भन्नुपर्ने दिन आउँनेछ !

रमेश भित्रभित्रै गुम्सिँदैछ, ऊ ५२ वर्षको भयो । तर उसको उमेर गुम्साइको कारण होइन । उ डराउँछ जीवनदेखि यसको मतलब समाजले परिभाषित गरेको पागल, बहुला या निष्काम, खत्तम उ छैन । उ सँग बस्न घर छ, अन्न उब्जाउने प्रशस्त खेत छ, परिवार छ तर पनि उ कता-कता एक्लो जोगी जस्तो छ । तर उ आफैँमा एउटा भिन्न चरित्र होइन, उ जस्ता मान्छे अनगिन्ति छन् – अरुजस्तो उ एउटा चल्तापुर्जा मेसिन भएको छ । उसले जे काम गर्छ, निश्चित हिसाब किताब गरेर मात्र गर्छ, कहिले उ नाफा मा हुन्छ त कहिले उ घाटामा । उसको दिमागका तर्क अब शरीरको निर्देशन केन्द्र भन्दा बढि केही रहेन ।

“Life is a simply a metal, getting moulded striked, welded to deliver beautiness ending though getting rusted”, Sunita was saying to herself. One month before she was what she now thought would never be in life. Her happiness sublimating into sadness together with those of Samir. Both loved each other enjoyed each other’s companion until politics came in between.Politics got a way to mingle in their life because of their social differences. Samir was a son of a rich couple-both being doctors staying and working in Rampur chitwan. He was a stereotype of modernity while Sunita was a prototype of morality and ideology. Sunita’s father was professor of sociology in Tribhuwan University.
Before politics streamed them into two isolated lands, there was one thing binding them together – sex . Because both were quite rational, they never hesitated in talking about sexual relationships and other embedded stuffs. They were regular kissers although distanced from each other during day-light before friends in that romantic and windy environment of Dhulikhel.
Though they tried to hide their relationships they often spotted on the rear side of auditorium hall between 7-8 pm after that Sunita went to her hostel and Samir to his room. It was one Friday evening before the holidays of End-Semester when Sunita signed out on her attendance journal…….. She was to goto Kathmandu. But, her kathmandu was Samir ‘s room. That Friday night, they unhided everything they possessed of worth, all their youthness was boiling at the most. Early next morning they went to Kathmandu. Now Samir was to goto Rampur and Sunita to Biratnagar to her ancestral house.
Kathmandu University was changing and so, were the students and teachers there. “Loktantra” was what they wished to bring about in the University. Students now had courage to speak up to senior teachers and administrators about many issues. Election to the Student Welfare council was soon to be held. Sunita had become the class representative (CR) of the Biotech 3rd year class. And she was proposed a post of vice president by one of the candidates of the president post. The problem was that, another candidate was Samir’s close friend and Samir wanted his victory. Samir tried to persuade Sunita to come to his friends panel, she rejected, then he asked her to withdraw herself from election, she got annoyed and it was the last thing they had to deal on. It just crashed.
They didn’t speak then after. Sunita was quite distressed with what happened to her and withdrew from all those election campaigns. Samir had a backpaper to clear in the compartment exam, so he gave up his participation in all those campaigns. The election was over. Samir’s friend won the election and also brought on his part all those rival panel’s CRs. It was a Sunday night. Sunita on her hostel and Samir on his room – thinking what they got .

Contradictions
This is a country where a person loses his whole wisdom and energy to earn his hunger and this is also a country where a person earns his status losing his whole subjects' wisdom and energy.
This contradictory social life of ours has led to a production of frustrated brains, clustered together to express their flarity. Time, as per its nature, has passed by through the way creating historical blackspots in this geographical plot. A well-planned war of creating villains in the social scenario has bursted anger in these frustrate brains. This is another contradiction of our nation: a hero who steps to rule is, by all means, a villain at last.
If one goes to the zero point and zero state of mind, can see the reason for a person to hurry in accomplishing his/her work. Also he/she can understand why the person smiles while his eyes' wrinkles shows the agony inside. This is another contradiction: truth is not the weapon to live free, but rather a chapter in a theoretical epic.
Out of 20 million people including men and women of theoretical and practical skills, 601 speech-warriors make the decisions and one of them, the Super Warrior, partition the decision and the decisors. This is another contradiction: One who has no thoughts thinks for the whole nation.

Watching movie is one of the usual thing we do. Movies diverse. It may be entertainment-oriented, or information-oriented. People's taste vary as well. Some watch them for getting informed about the social happenings. Others prefer it for entertainment and time-passing. Movies, in its another aspect, is a profession and income-source for a large unit of people. Its a gamble that can make you a millionaire within a night and the reverse may happen too. This profession in its pure, is a way of entertaining others through simulating the real happenings of life as Acting is defined.
Talking about the effects of movies, its an half-empty,half-filled glass concept. At this time, it has become an integral part of life. However, often its over-dosed with the same story. People expect something new from the movies, but the same as of previous ones are what we see! But, time has made certain movies mesmorising ones. They may be about love, war, fantasies, social-political beliefs, adventorous, etc. but do contain special story, special character, special diallogues, and most important of all special conclusion. Else there would have been an uncountable list of superhit movies.

"With the bow of meditative concentration I will fire the arrow of wisdom and kill the tiger of ignorance in living beings.”
There are two attitudes that has wrapped up human minds. One end is anger,greed,objectives; and the other end is calmness, kindness,subjectiveness, respectively representing fire and water in the world.
The above statement by Buddha insights upon the need of firely spirit in human body and mind. Without this great thirst for achieving lefe's objectives, a living human is a nothing more than a corpse.
Lets read the following teaching of Buddha:
"When things go wrong in our life and we encounter difficult situations we tend to regard the situation itself as the problem, but in reality whatever problems we experience come from the side of the mind. If we were to respond to difficult situations with a positive or peaceful mind they would not be problems for us. Therefore, if we want to be free from problems we must learn to control our mind."
This teaching leads us to conclude that Buddhism means total spirituality, total peace with no spirit. However,Buddhism in reality is a Cold Fire, the fire that lightens things around, but doesn't warm things to melt. Hence, Buddha was himself a cold fire. He never harmed any being, but his words always struck men and women of his days by heart.

beyond NEPAL
"Katuwal is ousted", "PM resigns", "Prachanda speaks fake" is what we are compelled to be interested in listening these running days. In this rhythm of national interest, we are quite ignorant abour things around on the world. As the Nepali idiom says "Sugar when taken more taste sour", I wished to hear something beyond Nepal.
I went through the "International" section in a neapali newspaper. There I came to read one interesting news headline "Sex sanction for one week". This news was from Nairobi, Kenya. After reading first few lines my assumption was that the women activists protested against the state for undertreating women. But NO,it was quite astonishing. Even after the election, the power struggle between President Mwai Kibaki and PM Raila Odinga led the death of hundred of civilians.This is what the women protested and their demand was not gender-oriented,. but the peace. Most unique was their proposed solution. They distanced themselves awy from sex with their partners, as well as urged the ladies of President and PM to act similar. This,they believe,will make the power heads realise importance of love and togetherness in life.
